  1. Orders can be made by online via our website, Whatsapp, phone or email.
    You may also visit our outlet to purchase.

Pricing

 

  1. Prices are in Singapore currency, exclusive of 7% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
     

  2. For overseas buyers, the published prices are FOB prices. As they enjoy GST exemption, 7% will not be added into the purchase price. Overseas buyers will have to bear all additional costs/surcharges applicable in their own countries, i.e. freight charges, import duties, etc..
     

  3. Prices quoted are primarily meant for this online store. Pricing policies may differ in our physical stores.

 

Payment

 

  1. For online orders, pre-pay with PAYNOW or PAYLAH to UEN No: 199601691N and email us the screenshot of the payment and goods will only be released upon bank clearance.
     

  2. Overseas payment is to be made by telegraphic transfer, with bank charges borne by customers.

Delivery

 

  1. We ship locally and internationally.
     

  2. For local mainland and NON CBD areas delivery:
    - Purchase value is less than $350 - $6 delivery charge
    - Purchase value is more than $3500 – free delivery
    - Self Collection at Lucky Plaza outlet – free 


    Additional delivery charges for the following:

     

  • Deliveries to high-security, restricted-access locations
    (e.g. Airport,   Changi Airfreight Ctr, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Mindef COMCEN, PSA Terminal)
    – additional charge of $10

     

  • Deliveries to Central Business District and non-mainland Singapore,
    (e.g. Sentosa Island) – additional charge of of $20

     

  1. For overseas purchases, please contact us for quotations and information on freight charges,
    indicating your preferred shipping mode (air courier, air freight).

     

  2. Orders can usually be delivered within 3 working days, subject to stock availability.

 

 

Return of Goods

 

  1. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion.
    A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.

     

  2. Defective goods are to be sent back to us for exchange within 3 working days.
    Customers will have to bear the freight cost for the return.

 

Refund

 

  1. Refund of monies will be made via electronic fund transfer within 7 working days after an order has been cancelled or goods returned.

 

New Products/Product Specifications

  1. We make continual efforts to source for new products that are of good quality and medically graded.
     

  2. We reserve the rights to change product specifications and take down any products without prior notice.
